This policy explains how Appoly Intelligence ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through appoly.ai.
What We Collect
- Contact data you provide: name, work email, company, the engagement you're interested in, and message content.
- Basic technical data typically provided by your browser and our server logs.
- With your consent, analytics and measurement data (see "Analytics & Tracking" below).
How We Use Data
- Respond to enquiries and arrange diagnostic calls.
- Assess project fit and provide proposals.
- Maintain service security and prevent abuse.
- Understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (only with consent).
Lawful Basis
We process enquiry data under legitimate interest. Analytics and marketing measurement are processed only with your consent, which you give via the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.
Form Processing
When you submit the contact form, the data is delivered to our inbox via Google Apps Script (part of Google Workspace). Please do not submit sensitive credentials, payment data, or highly confidential information via web forms.
Analytics & Tracking
With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation and advertising features disabled) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag for aggregated measurement and conversion tracking. Nothing loads until you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner. Full detail of each service, the cookies it sets, and how to opt out is in our Cookie Policy.
Retention
We retain enquiry records only as long as needed for commercial follow-up, legal obligations, and audit trails.
Your Rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by emailing hello@appoly.co.uk.
